Director of | TH, 2021 - Present
RCTH is Thailand’s first civil society initiative dedicated to advancing the Circular Economy, focused on repairing and pushing for the national Right-to-Repair policy. RCTH is currently working on these projects:
Key achievements: RCTH is currently the only member of the Thailand Circular Economy Network representing the product repair sector. We play an advisory role in the development of Thailand’s first Circular Economy Act through the network. The network consists of members across the academic, public, and private sectors.
Program Manager of | TH, 2024 - Present
I developed and managed Thailand’s first Single-Pitch Instructor (SPI) course & certification program for TCDA, a non-profit association founded in 2016 with a mission to foster an inclusive and responsible climbing community and promote safe climbing areas that respect natural conservation in Thailand. I am responsible for all the administrative processes, including budget management, coordination, monitoring, and evaluation.
Circular Design Trainer at | TH, 2020 - 2021
As a certified CIRCO trainer in Thailand, I conducted training sessions for small, medium, and large enterprises in the packaging & fashion industry on Circular Business Design. The work included educating them on Life Cycle thinking and facilitating the mapping of their value chain, identifying circular opportunities, and designing potential circular business ideas.
Sustainability Consultant at | NL, 2017 - 2020
At the Dutch consultancy & think tank on systems thinking, I managed projects related to the circular economy.
Key achievements: The WWF reports on Thailand’s plastic packaging flow and proposed EPR scheme have been referenced by the team that is proposing the EPR policy for public-private partnership in Thailand. The procurement facility manager received a sustainability dashboard to track and mitigate his department’s environmental impact.
Circular Economy Consultant at | NL, Apr – Jul, 2017
As part of our Master's program (consultancy project), I co-led research to identify a suitable circular business model for a Dutch mobile phone company, Fairphone, together with the Community of Practice on Circular Finance. We developed an analytical framework to distinguish different circular business model archetypes by a set of criteria. Through stakeholder interviews with B2B customers, we refined a suitable business model that balances the customers’ preferences and the company’s vision. The recommendation was used to support the development of the “Fairphone-as-a-Service” financial model.
Sustainability Researcher at | TH, 2014 - 2016
At Thailand’s first research firm on sustainable business, I led two research projects. One is the corporate responsibility assessment of Thailand’s top-10 energy firms based on sustainability reports, compliance with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standard on ESG, and stakeholder interviews, including NGOs & affected communities (🔗). Another is the sustainability assessment of the agricultural practices of 500 sugarcane farmers based on the BONSUCRO sustainability standard through semi-structured interviews and surveys.
Besides my research work, I also supported the company’s workshops on Human-Centered Design (HCD) and Social Impact Assessment (SIA).
Key achievements: Many research projects have proven impactful, leading to meaningful dialogues among thought leaders and the media. The company later published a book criticizing the energy sector built upon our project.
